Monitoring and Understanding Member Needs: Analyze member trends, queries, and concerns to comprehend their need, steering management initiatives accordingly.
Booking and Communication Management: Oversee VIP room and event bookings, manage communication platform, ensuring timely responses to member inquries.
Service Delivery: Maintain top notch lounge ambiance. Premium service delivery. Quality Control all club products.
Issue Resolution and Communication: Track member issues to resolution, distribute information
club activity materials to keep member updated.
Membership Growth and Event Support: Aid in onboarding new members, devise initiatives for member engagement, and assist in organizing club events for maximum engagement.
Team Collaboration: Effectively communicating and working with other staff in alignment with the club's goals and initiatives.
