Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle telephone hotline enquiry from customers; or
- Handle customer contract renewal
- To manage customer data base
- To solve CS compliant & satisfy customer needs
Job Requirements:
- DSE / HKCE holder
- Minimum one year working experience
- Good telephone manner & presentation skill
- Good spoken and written English, Chinese & Putonghua an advantage
- Proficiency in excel & word processing
- Immediate availability is preferred
