Job Description

Your duties:

  • Handle external communication, including but not limited to emails, letters, or phone calls;
  • Carry out investigation and work closely with relevant parties;
  • Provide efficient responses via email, letter, and phone calls to help enhance customers' online and offline experience;
  • Perform administrative duties;
  • Ad-hoc. assigned by the Manager.

 

How to join the OCSHK family:

  • HKDSE graduate or above;
  • Interested in air-freight logistics industry;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Japanese knowledge is not a MUST, but definitely has an advantage;
  • Proficiency in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Chinese word processing;
  • Kind and polite, willing to take up the responsibility;
  • A "Can do" mindset and willingness to challenge yourself;
  • Basic knowledge and experience by using Call Center is preferable.

 

Your working schedule:

  • 5 half days work week (Monday - Friday)
    • 0900-1300 OR 1400-1800
