Job Responsibilities:

Act as the key supply chain contact point between Lacoste B2B customers in South APAC scope and Lacoste supply chain teams to provide visibility & arranging deliveries;

Manage orders taking, orders confirmation, and orders follow-up with customers;

Prepare weekly orders reports, track the on-time delivery of goods, take pro-active actions to resolve delays & issues;

Closely follow-up with customers on arranging shipments of goods’ ready in a timely manner;

Track invoicing & sales vs monthly targets, take pro-active actions to ensure the target can be met;
-
Handle day to day customer queries relating to shipments, deliveries, quality issues;
-
Properly maintain orders data, any other relevant data, in systems as per SOP.
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor degree in any discipline with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales operations, customer service or order processing, preferable with regional exposure;

Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel;

Customer-oriented, organized, detail-minded;
-
Self-motivated, meet tight deadlines, able to work independently and under pressure;
-
Positive/dynamic mind-set and strong can-do attitude;
-
Contract is renewable depending on business needs.
