Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Follow up of sales inquiry & support sales administration for Hong Kong, Oceania and Asia CRM
  • Customer database maintenance on SAP
  • Issue and follow-up quotations and agreements 
  • General administration and correspondence with customers
  • Supporting and organizing Sales and Marketing events 
  • Record monthly sales statistics and checking the Asia record 

Requirements:

  • Working experience in the textile industry or textile chemistry is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Good English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking 
  • Able to coordinate and motivate
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with service oriented mind set
