Customer Service Officer (Dance Centre) Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Handle reservation and check-in & out services.
• 提供專業客戶服務，處理接待預訂，登記等服務
• Greeting guests, answering incoming calls and serving members.
• 為顧客提供優質的客戶服務，解答電話查詢等工作
• At least 2 year of relevant working experience, preferably in Customer Services/Receptionist.
• 具備2年客戶服務或接待員服務經驗
• Maintain regular check of centre facilities and smooth operations.
• 定期檢查中心設施並確保其順利運作

Working Location: 

• Wan Chai or Jordan
• 上班地點: 灣仔 / 佐敦

 Requirements: 

• Form 5 or above with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• 中五程度或以上程度，2年或以上客戶服務經驗或具客服中心工作經驗優先考慮
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage.
• 操流利廣東話，良好普通話及英語
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, positive & helpful attitude.
• 良好溝通能力﹑勤奮﹑有團隊精神
• Shift duty is required at various locations.
• 需要輪班輪休及不同地區工作
• Immediate available preferred.
• 即時上班者優先
