About the job
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Improve customers' satisfactory level by providing consulting solutions via web chat, e-mail and phone calls
- Liaise with internal parties to ensure efficient and effective service to customers
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required
About the People
- Strong communication and problem-solving skill
- Hardworking, self-motivated, able to work independently
- Mature, responsible, careful
- Excellent typing speed
- Familiar with MS Word and Excel
- Hands-on experience from retailing would be an advantage
- Shift duty is required (Mon-Sun, 10:30-19:30, 8 day off/month)
- Immediately available is preferred
