About the job

• Deliver excellent customer service
• 提供優質顧客服務
• Maintain close relationship with key accounts
• 與客戶保持良好關係
• Improve customers' satisfactory level by providing consulting solutions via web chat, e-mail and phone calls
• 透過網上, 電郵及電話提供專業諮詢及提升客戶滿意度
• Liaise with internal parties to ensure efficient and effective service to customers
• 與內部各部門聯絡, 確保提供高效率及有效的客戶服務
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required
• 有需要時協助部門之其他工作

• Excellent typing speed
• 良好打字速度
• Familiar with MS Word and Excel
• 熟悉MS Word及Excel
• Hands-on experience from account management & B2B would be an advantage
• 擁有客戶管理和B2B等經驗者優先
• Shift duty is required (Mon-Sun, 10:30-19:30, 8 day off/month)
• 需輪班 (星期一至日, 10:30:19:30, 每月休8日)
• Immediately available is preferred
• 能即時上班者優先
