Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries
- Follow up orders and coordinate with production to meet the delivery schedule
- Maintain good relationships with current customers assigned
- Work closely with internal parties to reach targets
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements :
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years proven customer service experience in handling sales orders
- Energetic, customer-oriented, self-motivated, aggressive with creative mind, strong communication skills
- Hardworking and enjoy challenge work
- Good spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis
- Outdoor works are required
