Objective of the Position:
To provide up to standard customer services to all influencers.
What You'll Do:
- Check enquiries and interact with influencers to solve issues and questions about the Influencer Program, products and services etc. across different channels, such as email and social media channels, to ensure all the enquiries were handled on a timely basis
- Identify the appropriate response and strategy to solve influencer issues as quickly as possible and ensure influencer satisfaction
- Review and manage new influencer applications
- Support the team on report preparation
What You Have:
- Diploma holder
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer services
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Outstanding level of spoken and written French, German, Italian, Spanish or other languages will be an advantage
- Experience in e-commerce industry will be a plus
- Strong communication skill
- Proactive attitude with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented
- Fast-learning, well-organized and detail-minded
- Collaborative team player
