- Organize and analyze customer service data to optimize products and service processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Holder ( Business Communication / Information Technology / Language disciplines is a plus )
- Meet language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE or equivalent.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer service / Education field experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Self-motivated to accomplish teamwork with a positive vibe
- Facilitate effective communication with clients while upholding a courteous and professional demeanor.
