Customer Services Officer (Cleaning and Pest Control Industry)

Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up clients’ enquiries with professional manner
• Establish and maintain good relationship with clients;
• Perform administrative duties and consolidate reports
• Engage in promotion and marketing activities;

Requirements:

• F.5 education or above
• Experience in CS in Cleaning / Pest Control industry would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skill and willing to learn
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
• Business-oriented desirably
• A good team player and able to work under pressure to meet tight schedules
• Immediate available is preferred
