Job Description
Your new role will:
- Handle day to day routine repair and maintenance work.
負責甲級商廈設施日常保養及維修工作 - Liaise with contractors and monitor work.
協助與監察外判商之設施保養或維修工作 - Carry out periodic inspection to building installation & E&M rooms.
定期巡查大廈機電設施 - Attend and handle emergency repairs and service calls.
有需要時處理緊急維修要求 - Inspect tenant's fitting out and reinstatement work.
定期巡查租戶的裝修與還原工程 - Attend commissioning of building services system after tenant's fitting out work.
於租戶裝修工程完成後進行大廈系統測試與校驗
What you'll need to succeed:
- Ordinary Certificate in Building Services I Electrical I Mechanical Engineering and a Grade A Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker.
須持電工A牌及平安咭 - Minimum 3 years of commercial building operation and maintenance experience.
三年或以上相關工作經驗 - Required to work on shift and outside normal operation hours.
須輪班工作,主要為中、夜班(通宵班)
