Events and Catering Sales Manager

Harlan’s Bar & Restaurant located in Tsim Sha Tsui has long been a preferred haven for lovers of fine Western and continental cuisine in Hong Kong.

We are looking for a motivated events manager 27K-32K (negotiable) plus commission

Responsibilities:

• Full coordination of the whole event including answering enquiries and on site assistance (if required)

• Prepare events reports for operations team

• Explore business opportunities with new clients

• Work and communicate smoothly with operations team

• Build up date base and maintain a good relationship with existing clients

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experience

• Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred

• Good presentation and communication skills

• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus

• Self-motivated and organized
