Examination Invigilator - Renaissance College

Renaissance College is seeking to appoint confident and reliable candidates to join our team of invigilators to help ensure the effective running of external examinations.

Responsibilities

Running of Exam Sessions

• Invigilating the examinations, once the examination has been started by the Examinations Manager or other teaching staff member
• Checking and putting in candidate order the completed scripts, completing the attendance register, final check and packing / sealing envelops in the exam room with the Examinations Manager

Requirements

• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Independence, competency to work under pressure
• Team player
• Ability to multi-task
• An interest in working with students
• Have a proactive working attitude, result orientated.
• Good time management skills

Although this is an hourly paid position, a strong commitment to the role is required and working hours may vary. Invigilators must be available during term time from January to May 2025 for the summer examination series.

The hourly rate is $134 on weekdays and $268 on weekends and public holidays.
