Duties
The appointee will provide administrative support to the College. Duties include to:
- Provide secretarial service to the College’s committees;
- Support programme administration and quality assurance;
- Assist in student administration, e.g. assessment, appeals, complaints, and student activities;
- Coordinate research grants and related matters;
- Assist in publications, marketing and brand building; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements - A Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years’ working experience;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Good interpersonal skills; and
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer II.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
