Executive Officer I/II (2 posts) in the School of Data Science [Ref. A/826/03]

Duties

Providing administrative support to the School Office in programme administration; coordination of matters related to research and research degrees; organising student activities; committee servicing; and coordination and execution of ad-hoc projects/tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time. 

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years’ relevant experience. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); exceptional organisational, interpersonal and analytical skills with a creative approach to problem solving; and strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently under multi-tasking situations and pressure are required. 

Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer II.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
