Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall operations of facility services but not limited to health & safety, cleaning, environmental services, property/facilities management and E & M services
  • Monitoring and supervising of works and services performed by subcontractors and make sure the job is done according to customer’s requirement and up to service standard 
    Daily operations including duty schedule arrangements and liaison with staff members and interdepartmental personnel for staff recruitment and payrolls follow up
  • Continuous improvement of facilities operations and management process
  • Regular site patrol and audit to ensure the maintenance, cleanliness and service standard are well maintained
  • Attend emergency call out outside normal office hours as required
  • Any ad-hoc tasks/projects to be assigned by the Company

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Facility/Property Management and/or other related studies
  • 1-2 years’ practical work experience in Facility/Property Management and/or other related industries.
  • Positive thinking and willing to work under pressure
  • Strong sense of management and able to work independently
  • Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills with all levels
  • Hands on experience in PC operations of MS Word, Excel is a must
