Field Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the field sales team and formulate strategic sales plans to achieve sales target and business objectives
• Lead the team to explore and drive potential business opportunities, formulate account development plan
• Prepare comprehensive business reviews and implement sales strategies to grow sales and improve customer service
• Develop effective plan to maintain and build up excellent customers relationship
• Perform account management for field sales clients to maximize sales potential and opportunities
• Collect and provide up-to-date market insight through data analysis for management review

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or related field
• At least 6-8 year experience in Field Sales field with 3-4 years’ managerial experience, preferably in logistics industries
• Sales-driven, self-motivated, aggressive and able to work under pressure
• Excellent customer services, negotiation and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is preferred
