- Handle customer enquiries , maintenance and ad hoc service
- Responsible for data entries and document checking whenever required
Requirements
- HKCEE/DSE or above
- Prior Customer Service experience is highly preferred
- PC knowledge and English/Chinese word processing preferable.
- Spoken Cantonese, proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
- 5-day work week
