Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven professional to oversee our global social media strategy and content creation. As the Global Social Media & Content Marketing Executive, you will be the key driver of our brand’s online presence, captivating fashion enthusiasts worldwide and building a loyal community of followers. Your role will involve developing innovative content, managing collaborations, and leveraging data to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
- Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, aligning with the brand’s unique aesthetic and targeting fashion-conscious audiences to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
- Plan and lead engaging content, including product shoots, fashion show videos, Outfit of the Day (OOTD) features, and other visual & content materials optimized for each platform.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of major social media platforms’ strengths and limitations to maximize brand loyalty and visibility.
- Plan and lead fresh content lines for emerging platforms like X, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, including styling tips, OOTD inspiration, fashion insights, and industry trends.
2. Community Management
- Serve as the voice of the brand across social media communities, engaging with followers, maintaining platform activity, and fostering a loyal fan base to enhance brand reputation.
- Manage relationships with overseas Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, celebrities, and marketing partners for collaborations.
- Assist in guiding photo shoots and the creation of visual materials as needed.
3. Market Research & Data-Driven Decision Making
- Stay ahead of fashion trends and analyze competitors to identify their unique strengths, using these insights to differentiate our brand and maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize future campaigns, refine content strategies, and allocate resources efficiently.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams to gain insights into upcoming collections, design inspirations, and fabric details, translating these into compelling social media content for new launches.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce team to integrate social media efforts with organic and paid advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods industry. (Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Manager level.)
- Proven experience collaborating with fashion designers, models, and industry partners, with familiarity of fashion events such as Fashion Weeks, trade shows, and brand showcases.
- Creative, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, and their content creation requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese; multilingual abilities (especially languages relevant to global fashion markets) are a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, eDM, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager tools is highly desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
