Requirements :

F.7 / DSE or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.

At least 4 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration
-
Well-versed in local employment legislation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated, able to multitask, and work independently.
-
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-
Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR & Admin Assistant.

Short notice / immediate available is highly preferred.
Job Responsibility :
-
Perform full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, MPF administration, medical insurance, benefits administration Taxation, HR record maintenance (HRIS)

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including identifying recruitment needs, preparing job descriptions, sourcing talent through appropriate channels, arranging interviews, and making job offers.

Prepare and update HR related reports on a regular basis

Oversee office operations, including supplies, facilities maintenance, telecom systems, insurance, and equipment support.

Handle training / development initiatives to enhance employee skills.

Organize staff activities like Christmas party, spring dinner and teambuilding events, etc.

Assist the management team with ad hoc projects and other administrative tasks as required.
