- Responsible for general HR & administrative tasks
- Provide secretarial support to Senior Management
- Maintain staff record and HR filing system
- Manage procurement of general office supplies, including quotation review and coordination
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Work closely with internal teams and outsource partners to provide support
- Assist in a variety of ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder
- 3-year experience in office clerk or admin field
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
- Able to work independently & cooperation with team members
- Able to manage multiple tasks, well-organized, hardworking, responsible, detail-minded & punctual
- Under pressure in fast working environment
- Immediately available is highly preferred
