Job Description

  • Responsible for general HR & administrative tasks
  • Provide secretarial support to Senior Management
  • Maintain staff record and HR filing system
  • Manage procurement of general office supplies, including quotation review and coordination
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Work closely with internal teams and outsource partners to provide support
  • Assist in a variety of ad hoc tasks

 Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • 3-year experience in office clerk or admin field
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
  • Able to work independently & cooperation with team members
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, well-organized, hardworking, responsible, detail-minded & punctual
  • Under pressure in fast working environment
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
