Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain employee records, including payroll, MPF, leave, and attendance data.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and assist in compliance with labor legislation.
  • Assist the administration team with assigned tasks to streamline operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
