Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform all round HR functions not limited Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, MPF Contribution and Annual Tax Declaration, Staff movement etc
- Handle application for Working Visa
- Perform all administration duties of greeting guest, answering phone call, printing, gt-mailing order, courier services etc
- Handle petty cash and prepare invoice
- Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment and vehicles
- Handle application or renewal of related licenses and insurances
- Prepare reports for management review
- Performing ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- Over 3 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration
- Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment related ordinance
- Able to handle multi-tasks independently, detail-oriented and well-organized
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Immediate availability is highly preferred
