Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all round HR functions not limited Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, MPF Contribution and Annual Tax Declaration, Staff movement etc
  • Handle application for Working Visa
  • Perform all administration duties of greeting guest, answering phone call, printing, gt-mailing order, courier services etc
  • Handle petty cash and prepare invoice
  • Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment and vehicles
  • Handle application or renewal of related licenses and insurances
  • Prepare reports for management review
  • Performing ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • Over 3 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment related ordinance
  • Able to handle multi-tasks independently, detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
    Immediate availability is highly preferred
