Job Description
Major Duties: -
- To carry out recruitment activities and assist in leave management related duties
- To support the administration of all-rounded HR issues as assigned
- To carry out other Human Resources related duties as assigned
Qualified Candidates should be/have: -
- Degree in human resource management, social science or other relevant disciplines
- A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in human resource field
- Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance and other relevant ordinances
- Flexible, well organized and able to work independently and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC operations e.g. MS Word, Excel and database
- Familiar in using FlexSystem HRMS preferred
- Immediate available preferred
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
