職位描述

salary range is $25k - 28k, with 2-4 mths bonus 

 

Job Responsibilities

1. Implement HR policies and projects for the business unit, providing HR solutions for the operations and employees.

2. Engage in business team communication, develop and implement HR strategies according to company goals.

3. Adjust and build organizational structures based on business needs, coordinate staff reviews, and ensure proper job matching.

4. Enhance management capabilities of store managers and develop key talents.

5. Assist operations team with talent management, team development, and organizational culture.

 

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources

2. At least 3 years HR experience with working experience in chain retail management, particularly in overseas locations (e.g., Hong Kong, Thailand) is a plus

3.Expertise in organizational development, talent recruitment, performance management, and familiarity with HK employment ordinances 

5. Strong team management, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

6. Strong sense of responsibility, learning ability, and teamwork spirit.
