Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Head of Human Resources, assist to administer senior management and department heads' HR matters including recruitment, salary and contract renewal, performance management, succession planning etc.,
- Prepare board meeting proposals and minutes in Chinese
- Participate in HR projects such as digitalization, HRIS implementation, policy review etc.,
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in human resources
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different level of staff
- Proficiency in Chinese and English
