ICT Manager (Application)

Job Highlights

• 10+ years of related experience with 5 years in supervisory role
• Report to Head of ICT on the operations and development tasks/project
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Report to Head of ICT on the operations and development tasks/project of the ICT application team.
• Manage ICT application team, overseeing their work, and providing mentorship and guidance.
• Manage business requests for ICT applications and solutions to ensure efficient and effective business operation.
• Manage development, enhancement and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Systems and the integration with other systems, such as Telephony / Signal / Mobile App / Payment / Portal systems…
• Provide user support to application systems to ensure their smooth functioning (including outside of regular office hours when necessary due to our 24 x 7 call centre).

Requirements:

• 10+ years of related experience with 5 years in supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Leadership and team management skills to motivate and coach team members.
• Proven experience in managing ICT application development teams and projects.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines in a versatile environment.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and software development processes.
