Indoor Sales and Reservation Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Indoor Sales and Reservation Officer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will play a key part in our sales and reservation, providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient reservation management.

What you'll be doing

• Handling incoming calls and emails from customers, providing information about our services and products
• Processing customer reservations and bookings in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintaining detailed records of customer information and reservation data
• Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and other administrative tasks
• Collaborating with the broader sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the airlines, air cargo or logistics or  industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Fluency in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin skills an advantage
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
