Inside Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries on service contracts and related matters
• Prepare service quotation
• Explain and describe service products to potential customers
• To achieve assigned sales target

 Job Requirement:

• DSE/HKCEE graduated or above.
• Experience in telemarketing/ customer services/call center is an advantage
• Customer-oriented, good telephone manner, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
