Inventory Analyst (Contract)

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels to meet the company's operational and financial goals. This Inventory Analyst will analyze inventory data, and collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient inventory management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analytics

• Provide weekly visibility on key investments, best sellers and heavy items across business units and provide action-based recommendations to the management, such as chasing in or running promotion based on actual performance
• Publish monthly inventory report with key metrics including but not limit to Aging, weeks of supply, etc.

Inventory & Liability Management

• In charge of monthly inventory sharing offer for the region. Partner with different business units to obtain their units to optimize inventory efficiency
• Close collaboration with Global Inventory Management Team and GASO on international transfer, inventory inquiries, and order management in the region
• Monitor past season merchandise movement, propose strategies on liquidation processes to mitigate financial losses

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Inventory Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
