In this role, you will be responsible for:
Strategic Account Management
- Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key enterprise clients
- Developing and maintaining strong, collaborative partnerships with clients
- Understanding their business goals, challenges, and IT requirements
- Proactively identifying opportunities to provide value-added solutions
Client Relationship Expansion
- Expanding existing client relationships through cross-selling and upselling
- Introducing new products, services, and technologies to address evolving needs
- Negotiating contract renewals and securing additional business
- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
Operational Excellence
- Coordinating with internal teams (sales, delivery, support) to ensure seamless service
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics for assigned accounts
- Identifying and escalating any issues that may impact client satisfaction
- Providing timely and accurate updates to clients on projects and initiatives
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Account Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of growing and retaining high-value client accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- In-depth understanding of IT solutions, products, and services
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business)
