Job Management Administrator (Customer Services)

Job Responsibilities

• Closely follow up and monitor  jobs callout to the company's resources.
• Track and provide support to our resources in order to achieve the KPI set on their Response and Repair Time and Closed Down jobs.
• Provide front line telephone support to contractors, stores and other team members as part of a team.
• Analyse data and report on resources performance when requested.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in customer service role – collection and recovery, help desk or customer service.
• With experience in retail/customer service, asset management, management or collection and recovery. 
• Previous work experience in a facilities or engineering management environment or banking or financial institution is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Intermediate level of computer literacy and Microsoft Office is essential.
• Experience in preparing Excel Report is preferred. 
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese).
