Junior Project Engineer (Home Appliances)

Beurer is a globally recognized leader in health and wellness innovation. As part of our strategic expansion in Asia, Beurer Far East Limited seeks a dynamic JuniorProject Engineer to drive technical coordination for our USA projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical liaison between German/US engineering teams and Asian suppliers.
• Follow up project refer to milestones.
• Lead factory coordination for electronic/electrical appliance development projects (e.g., CVS, Walmart USA requirement).
• Monitor product development phases onsite at supplier facilities across Asia (up to 30% travel),
• Identify and resolve technical discrepancies, conduct technical process with suppliers and ensure alignment with Beurer’s technical and quality requirements
• Facilitate multilingual communication (English/Mandarin) across R&D/ PM team in German office, and the manufacturing in China.

Requirements:

• Education: HDip or higher in Electronic/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in technical project management, preferably in consumer electronics. Knowledge of medical electronic products is a plus.
• Proficiency in English & MANDARIN (written/spoken) is a MUST

Skills:

• Proven ability to translate engineering specifications / languages between stakeholders.
• Expertise in product development and manufacturing processes for consumer electronic medical products and well-being electronic / electrical appliances.
• Advanced proficiency in English & Mandarin (written/spoken).
• Proactive problem-solver with cross-cultural collaboration experience.
• MS office 360.
