Key Account Assistant Manager / Manager

Our company is a fast-growing producer and distributor of health and wellness products. We are looking for a talented Key Account specialist to join our team and be responsible for managing our key accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue for our key accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, including regular communication and follow-up
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure effective account management
• Develop and maintain account plans, including sales forecasts, marketing plans, and customer engagement strategies
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales / account management with 2 years related experience in the retail industry, preferably in health supplement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective sales strategies
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Immediate availability is preferred
