GROWN UP LICENSES’ global brand portfolio includes Caterpillar®, New Balance® and LEGO®.
We have been the official licensee for Bags, Luggage, Accessories and Drinkwear for Caterpillar®, LEGO® & New Balance®for years. We sell and distribute licensed brand bags and luggage globally via our own distribution network, independent distributors and directly to retail currently covering over 120 countries.

To support our expanding business and to strengthen our APAC Sales Team, we are looking for a Key Account Manager.
YOUR ROLE
You will be a member of our APAC Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Director.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and foster account growth
- Coordinate sales, product development, pricing, production and logistics functions with premium customers
- Analyzing competitor activities and market dynamics, adjusting account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients and the leadership team to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver exceptional customer experience and meet client expectations
YOUR CHARACTER & COMPETENCES
- Bachelor’s degree in business development, marketing, e-Commerce, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year within the bags and luggage industry or related fields such as garments and toys
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, well organized and able to work under pressure
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and commercial cycles
- Self-motivated, well organized and customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A cheerful and positive thinking team player with fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
