Labour Officer - Sheung Shui (Ref: CT/LO)

Responsibilities:

• Check and verify the proper operation of wages protection policies;
• Monitor the attendance, wage payments and MPF contributions to all site staff;
• Assist in handling and monitoring complaints on arrears of wages and MPF contributions raised by site staff;
• Ensure personal data and other personnel related matters as required of site staff / workers be submitted to Human Resources Department on time.
• Assist site administration duties when necessary.

Requirement:

• Form 5 / DSE graduate with full cert;
• At least 1-2 years Labour Officer experience;
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and good PC knowledge;
• Mature and independent, with excellent communication and liaison skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is preferred
