Leasing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Explore and identify potential sites with developers, landlords and property agents for shop network optimization
• Prepare leasing budgets, reports and related analysis to ensure the portfolio is meeting leasing targets
• Review and amend Lease Agreement
• Establish and maintain good working relations with landlords, agents, property developers, government departments and other related parties to ensure jobs done effectively and efficiently
• Review and analyze existing and new shop performance, provide cost-effective and practical ways for improvement and future development
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure the smooth opening of new store and negotiate with landlord, management office to address property management issues
• Perform or assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management, Real Estate or any related disciplines
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in leasing
• Strong business insight with good understanding of retail markets in HK
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Knowledge in PC applications particularly on Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese typing
