We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for our Management Trainee Program. This 2-year rotational program is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders by providing comprehensive exposure across multiple departments.

Management Trainee 2025

Responsibilities

• Department Rotation: Actively participate in rotations across four departments—Business, Product, Technology, and Compliance/Operations/Legal/Risk—spending six months in each.

• Actively participate in departmental projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
• Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills.
• Present findings and recommendations to management after each rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree fresh graduate in finance, Economics, Computer Science, Legal, or a related field.
• Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the digital payments industry.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a startup environment.
