Manager (Administration Department)

Descriptions

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Medical Superintendent the appointee will mainly day-to-day administrative functions in the following areas:

  • General Administration ;
  • Human Resources ;
  • Procurement and Material Management ;
  • Facility Management ;
  • Secretarial duty of Hospital Committee ;
  • Handling patient complaints ;
  • Liaising with external parties such as government departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines ;
  • Possession of relevant qualification in Business Administration / Public administration / Human Resource / Marketing an advantage ;
  • At least 10 years' post-qualification managerial experience in management function, of which in health care sector is preferred ;
  • Experience in committee secretariat, general administration and budget planning ;
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure ;
  • Good communication skill ;
  • Good command of written English and Chinese ;
  • Knowledge in the application of Microsoft Office.
