Manager / Assistant Manager (Digital Marketing)

Responsibilities

• Develop outstanding digital strategies for clients
• Actively participate in new business pitches and preparation, submission of agency award entries
• Build a successful relationship with new and existing customers
• Provide strong leadership & direction for your team to deliver growth for your clients
• Nurture your team to ensure they demonstrate the highest level of performance are maintained
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or above, preferably in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, Journalism and/or related discipline
• 4 years of solid project management experience in digital marketing 
• Good business sense, target-oriented and strong client engagement
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver results
• Demonstrate sharp, strategic, critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership with strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Strong numeric and analytical skills, ability to draw insights and determine strategies out of research data
• Immediate available is highly preferred
