Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate the marketing strategy to achieve desirable brand building, positioning strategies & business objectives
  • Enhance brand awareness with new product launches to achieve brand and business targets
  • Implement the brand building campaigns and promotions, develop strategy for customer retention program, buying behaviors and reward activities
  • Develop and write a wide range of high quality marketing copy and creative content for social media and for other owned communication channels to ensure brand consistency
  • Formulate content strategy and manager the brand’s website, social media and mobile app for platform growth & user engagement. Build enthusiasm and momentum for our marketing initiatives
  • Maintain and build relationships with influencers, media partners and media vendors to keep abreast of market changes and trend
  • Plan and implementation of SEO technical and on-page optimizations
  • Coordinate with Business Units in setting sales and promotion focuses and activities
  • Identify market trends and conduct market research to cope with market changes and challenges from competitors
  • Contribute to overall marketing and branding KPI to drive brand awareness and preference
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Marketing Manager

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of working experience in Marketing
  • Degree holder or above in Marketing or related disciplines
  • Integrated marketing including content, digital, CRM and so on
  • Good communication & writing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
