Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, developed and executed online and offline marketing campaigns and sales plans to drive customer traffic, engagement, and conversions on search engine and social media platforms (e.g. Google, Facebook, WeChat Public Account, Xiaohongshu etc.), to increase brand awareness and exposure, and to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Develop business plan about marketing strategies and sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize business growth;
  • Grow and manage key accounts, build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, and establish cooperation with various types of clients and partners;
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide marketing administrative support and to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives;
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, and Pharmaceutical related discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years of Sales or Marketing experience, experience in the Chinese medicine center is preferred;
  • Good command of English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), in written and spoken;
  • Strong customer service, goal-orientation, highly self-motivated, meticulous;
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Managers.
