Marketing Coordinator (Part-time)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing loyalty programs including VIP retention, acquisition, and rewards to enhance customer engagement
• Conduct data analysis to identify customer trends and assist in strategy development
• Source and coordinate potential rewards partnerships and member acquisition opportunities
• Support the planning and execution of in-mall events and promotions to drive traffic and sales 
• Prepare marketing collaterals for mall promotion campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• HKDSE Mathematics/ Business, Accounting and Financial Studies (Accounting) level 3 or equivalent is preferred
• Fresh graduates or current university students are welcome to apply
• Good organization skill, detail-oriented and a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and overall strong computer skills
• Previous experience with the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
