Marketing manager 投放运营

Job Responsibilities:
1. Focus on user growth. Manage and optimize the company’s product advertisements on Hong Kong platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.). Achieve campaign goals and control the advertisement pacing. Take responsibility for the final advertisement performance.
2. Create new advertising strategies, campaigns, and creatives. Write attractive advertisement copy based on the materials.
3. Monitor and analyze advertisement data. Based on both campaign data and platform data, provide suggestions on advertisement direction and creatives. Develop solutions.
4. Find new and effective growth opportunities in advertising channels.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Experience with online lending product ads in the Hong Kong market. Proficiency in Google and Facebook is preferred.
3. Strong data sensitivity and analysis skills. Proficient in Excel or other data analysis tools.

工作职责：

1、以用户增长为目标，负责公司产品在香港平台（Google,Facebook等）的投放优化，达到投放预期并把握投放节奏，为最终投放效果负责；

2、日常管理搭建新的广告策略、计划、创意，根据素材搭配适合的吸引用户的广告文案；

3、对投放数据进行监控分析，结合投放数据和端内数据，对投放方向和广告素材提出建设性建议并制定解决方案；

4、在投放渠道不断寻找新的高效增长点；

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历；

2、有香港市场线上信贷产品投放经验，精通google、facebook优先；

3、对数据敏感，有数据分析能力，熟练使用excel或其他数据分析软件；
