Qualifications & experience

• Higher Diploma or above
• Proficiency in Cantonese, an advantage for proficient Putonghua and English
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with positive attitude and strong mindset to drive results
• Customer oriented, attentive, & well-organized
• Be able to work independently and as a team

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage online and offline public relations activities, such as social media customer engagement
• Support all aspects of planning, communication and logistics various marketing
• Assist manager to roll out product marketing initiatives
• Maximize media coverage and leverage post-event promotional activities to increase product awareness
• Communicate and coordinate with both internal & external parties to achieve seamless connection
• Support the team on marketing administrative tasks, report or documentation updates, and any various ad-hoc projects assigned
