MARKETING OFFICER - RETAIL LEASING [Ref. MO-RETAIL]

• Degree holder in related disciplines
• 1-2 years' experience
• To handle daily leasing activities

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 1-2 years' relevant experience in leasing / marketing of shopping malls with major developers
• To handle daily leasing activities including new lettings, tenancy renewals, direct marketing and tenancy administrative work
• To coordinate and follow-up premises takeover / handover
• To conduct market research and compile reports
• Self-motivated and dynamic with good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
