Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Liaise with celebrities, stylists, and media to create and maintain strong relationships that benefit the brand.
  • Oversee influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
  • Manage social media strategy and organic growth.
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across various platforms, Google, TikTok, Meta to drive traffic and conversions. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop engaging ad visuals and landing page experiences that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid advertising to identify new opportunities and tactics for campaign optimization.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma degree attained or in pursuit of within Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising principles, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and optimization techniques.
  • Relevant experience with growth activation on social media platforms and influencer marketing.
  • Relevant experience in brand growth partnerships with media, editorial, and fashion
  • Proficient in creating revenue generating creative ad assets- videos, images, website content, and copywriting
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing material.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and the ability to collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing ad visuals and social media content.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital advertising, social media, and the broader digital marketing landscape.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and online marketing strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, bonus if the candidate can speak Mandarin and Cantonese.
