Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content, including visuals, videos, and written materials, showcasing our IT services and solutions.
- Craft and execute email marketing campaigns, targeting IT professionals, decision-makers, and existing clients.
- Coordinate webinars, tech events, and service launches to promote our offerings and engage with prospects and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, consultants, and project managers, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Monitor and analyze social media and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Attend IT and marketing related meetings, events and seminars.
- Other ad-hoc assignments and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation for marketing purposes.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Attentive to detail and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet project deadlines.
- Demonstrated investment in personal growth and development with a strong sense of responsibility.
- A creative and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- 2 years relevant experience is preferable but not a must, fresh graduates with passion in marketing are also welcome to apply.
